Submissions Policy

1. Submissions Introduction
This Submissions Policy (the “Submissions Policy“) explains how we do not accept, review, or consider “Submissions” (as defined below) from you, and how you can send us feedback.
1.1 Definitions
Any capitalized words or phrases not defined in the Submissions Policy, have the meaning as specified in the Terms of Use.
Unless the context otherwise clearly indicates, all capitalized terms used in the singular include the plural and vice versa.
Submissions
Submissions are unsolicited ideas, works, proposals, suggestions, materials, content, or similar, including for advertising or promotion campaigns, products, services, technologies, enhancements, processes, marketing strategies, product names, content or creative materials.
2. Policy Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when Vostra Moda’s products, services, technologies, promotions, advertising, features, content, or marketing strategies might seem similar or identical to the Submissions provided to us.
If, despite our request that you do not send us your Submissions, you still submit them, then regardless of what your correspondence says, the following terms will apply to your Submissions.
3. Your Submissions
By submitting to us any Submissions you agree that:
- Your Submissions, their contents, along with related intellectual property rights, will become the property of Vostra Moda, without any compensation to you;
- We may use or redistribute the submissions and their contents for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, on an unrestricted basis;
- There is no obligation for us to keep the submissions confidential, and we shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of them; and
- There is no obligation for us to review, keep, use, or return the submissions or their contents.
4. Send Feedback
Vostra Moda does, however, welcome your feedback regarding our existing services and products. If you would like to send us feedback, please contact us or email us at hellobri [at] vostramoda.com.
Please only provide feedback on Vostra Moda’s existing services and products; do not include any Submissions that the Submissions Policy will not permit us to accept or consider.
5. Feedback and Information
Any feedback you provide to Vostra Moda will be deemed to be non-confidential and non-proprietary. Vostra Moda will be free to use and redistribute such information on an unrestricted basis, without any compensation to you.
6. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify the Submissions Policy at any time, without notice, and for any reason. It is your responsibility to check the Submissions Policy periodically for changes.
Any Submissions collected prior to changes will be used according to the policies that applied at the time the information was collected.
Your submission of Submissions following any such modification constitutes your acceptance and agreement to the Submissions Policy as modified.
