What is a Start Card?
Start Cards are eGifts that help you share our styling services with others. They’re perfect gifts for friends, family, and colleagues — for a special occasion or any occasion!
How can I use a Start Card?
When you purchase a Start Card, it becomes a prepayment for a participating service. When the recipient is ready to receive the service, we deduct the value of the Start Card from the final price of the service.
Some examples of Start Card usage may include…
- Buying a Start Card as a gift for your friend;
- Including a Start Card on your wishlist; or
- Putting a down payment on your future style with the Start Card as an incentive for change.
How do I claim a Start Card?
We will send a purchase receipt to the email address you provide us at checkout. The Start Card receipt will have a unique order number associated with it that we will require to redeem the Start Card.
How do I redeem a Start Card?
The value of the Start Card is redeemed when the recipient successfully completes the client sign-on process.
The client sign-on process includes:
- Filling in our client request and including the order number in the “Start Card Code” section;
- Accepting our Styling Terms; and
- Receiving a welcome email of a successful sign-on.
Can I redeem multiple Start Cards?
Not at this time. You can redeem only one (1) Start Card per service.
Will my Start Card expire?
Start Cards never expire! However, savings are based on current service prices and are subject to change.
Can I get a refund?
The dollar value of the Start Card is nonrefundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
