Today’s guest for the #womensupportingwomen feature is Elizabeth Erlandon of Renovate Fitness! I met Liz through a networking group and have had the pleasure of hearing her share about how she supports her clients during our calls each week!

Let’s step in! 👇

Q: What is a personal favorite quote?

“Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t, either way, you’re right.”

— Someone

“Do the work today others won’t do, so you can have the things tomorrow others won’t have.”

— Someone else

Q: What is your favorite activity when you aren’t working?

A: I love to read, especially non-fiction. I try to always be learning. Self-help books, marketing books, textbooks, and so on. I want to read a book and be able to apply something in it to better my life.

Q: When did you create your business, and what inspired you to start this specific business venture?

A: I started 3 years ago. I was unfulfilled and therefore not happy. I have a gift for helping others and I wasn’t doing that. It took me a long time to figure it out.

Q: Why was it important for you to create your business?

A: I was tired of not having the flexibility to be with my family when it was important. And I didn’t want an income cap. I wanted to decide how much money I would make.

Q: If you could go back in time and give yourself any advice during the first year of owning your business, what would it be?

A: This is going to take A LOT longer than you think!

Q: What is your favorite part about working with/supporting your specific clients?

A: I love hearing about how my clients can now pick up their grand kids or keep up with their kids, or do things their kids want to do that they never could. The stories inspire me to keep going.

Q: What does confidence mean to you?

A: Confidence means making your own decisions and opinions and not letting others influence you. Who cares if someone doesn’t like you? Do you like you? That’s what’s important. It’s also doing the extraordinary regardless of the nay-sayers!
