Q: What does confidence mean to you? A: Confidence is knowing your shortcomings, accepting your limitations, and loving yourself anyway! Confidence happens when I show up in the world with all I have to offer without apologizing for everything I can’t offer.

Q: When did you create your business, and what inspired you to start this specific business venture? A: In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. I looked at my current job at the time and really assessed my future there and decided that wasn’t where I wanted to end up.

Q: What is your favorite activity when you aren’t working? A: My family is very into board games. So much so that my husband and I are published board game designers! (Before you’re too impressed, it’s sold fewer than 100 copies, but it’s still fun.)
