Today’s guest for the #womensupportingwomen feature is Kelsey Domeny of Kelsey Domeny Creative. I fully believe she is the reason for the expression “ray of sunshine” when explaining someone’s personality!

Let’s step in! 👇

Q: What is a personal favorite quote?

A“People, even more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed, and redeemed; never throw anyone out.”

– Audrey Hepburn

Q: What is your favorite activity when you aren’t working?

A: My family is very into board games. So much so that my husband and I are published board game designers!

Before you’re too impressed, it’s sold fewer than 100 copies, but it’s still fun.

Q: When did you create your business, and what inspired you to start this specific business venture?

A: In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. I looked at my current job at the time and really assessed my future there and decided that wasn’t where I wanted to end up.

Q: Why was it important for you to create your business?

A: I started Kelsey Domeny Creative to work as the creative team for overwhelmed and overlooked founders. We help come up with creative ways to promote services, products, and events.

Q: If you could go back in time and give yourself any advice during the first year of owning your business, what would it be?

A: You will make mistakes. A lot of them. But learn from them, don’t allow discouragement to take over.

Q: What is your favorite part about working with/supporting your specific clients?

A: I love working with founders because they’re so passionate about what they do! The clients I love most really believe in what they are offering the world.

Q: Where can our community find you?

Q: What does confidence mean to you?

A: Confidence is knowing your shortcomings, accepting your limitations, and loving yourself anyway! Confidence happens when I show up in the world with all I have to offer without apologizing for everything I can’t offer.
