Q: If you could go back in time and give yourself any advice during the first year of your business, what would it be?

A: Don’t get your base prices from Etsy! It’s not “industry standard” and almost everything is vastly undercharged to stay competitive in the sea of creatives.

@vostra_moda ·October 21, 2021

Q: Why was it important for you to create your business?

A: It was something that blossomed into what it is currently becoming. With the support of my husband (then boyfriend) I found encouragement and motivation to see what I was capable of.

Q: When did you create your business, and what inspired you to start this specific business venture?

A: I started my Kate’s Calligraphy Instagram just for fun to showcase all the punny cards I made – and I truly feel like I got into my groove around the fall of 2019.

Q: What are 3 fun facts about you?

  1. I recently got married in Maui to my husband!
  2. I have major cat lady vibes over here with 3 cats; Samii, BB, and Frank.
  3. I will fight an internal battle between a chilled Sauv Blanc, Margarita, Moscow Mule, mojito, or a Paloma.

Q: What is your favorite part about working with/supporting your specific clients?

A: It’s honestly seeing the 💡 lightbulb moment. The excitement. The realization that their dreams are within grasp and that they have made this happen for themselves. It’s the best feeling.

@vostra_moda ·September 19, 2021

Q: If you could go back in time and give yourself any advice during the first year of your business, what would it be?

A: Stay scrappy. I see so many people caught up in the comparison game or wondering which social media is better to use, instead of just doing the thing.

@vostra_moda ·September 19, 2021

Q: Why was it important for you to create your business?

A: I saw how many people were longing for something more. I saw them missing out on their lives and desperate for a change and I wanted to be a part of that.

@vostra_moda ·September 19, 2021

Q: When did you create your business, and what inspired you to start this specific business venture?

A: I started my first business, @MuddyPawPR after graduating college. Later, I started business coaching to help early-stage creative entrepreneurs sign their first clients!

@vostra_moda ·September 19, 2021

Q: What is your favorite activity when you aren’t working?

A: My favorite thing in the whole world is to pair a really good meal (like nachos or pizza!) with the most perfect trashy TV show (like Bachelor in Paradise or Temptation Island). There is no better combination.

No Boundaries
@vostra_moda ·June 2, 2021

During her transformation she went undefeated in boxing, most recently winning the Masters Division World Championship at 48 years old.

She now empowers women to set boundaries and say no without fear, as well as stop people pleasing, perfectionist and procrastinating behaviors.

👉 Come join us on June 10th at 7:00 PM EST for a live event, during which I’ll be talking about how to empower yourself through style as you learn to create boundaries by investing in your most powerful tool – you.

@vostra_moda ·June 2, 2021

Stephanie is a Boundaries Coach for a group called No Boundaries in which she shares ways to build courage, reduce people pleasing behaviors, set better boundaries for yourself, and thrive emotionally.

She’s also a former boxer who self healed from over 20 years of chronic back pain and debilitating PTSD symptoms. It was the alchemy of pain science, behavior science and competitive boxing that allowed her to explore how pain and fear could transmute into power.
