During her transformation she went undefeated in boxing, most recently winning the Masters Division World Championship at 48 years old.

She now empowers women to set boundaries and say no without fear, as well as stop people pleasing, perfectionist and procrastinating behaviors.

Stephanie is a Boundaries Coach for a group called No Boundaries in which she shares ways to build courage, reduce people pleasing behaviors, set better boundaries for yourself, and thrive emotionally.

She’s also a former boxer who self healed from over 20 years of chronic back pain and debilitating PTSD symptoms. It was the alchemy of pain science, behavior science and competitive boxing that allowed her to explore how pain and fear could transmute into power.

This month I want to give a special shout out to Stephanie Moniuk, business owner, friend, previous work-wife, and total badass. I’ve known Stephanie for over eight years now, which is crazy to think about.
